· To be eligible for electricity, gas, mobile and broadband cashback, recipients must be successfully connected with a new provider via Econnex and remain with that service for a minimum of 30 days.
Solar Services Eligibility Requirements
· To be eligible to receive the Cashback you must connect the Solar Installation for your property via the following link: https://app.econnex.com.au/solar?rcCode=970008
· To be eligible for solar installation, the solar system must be purchased during the promotional period and installed within 60 days.
· If the solar package cannot be installed for any reason, the promotion will not apply.
Utility and Solar Services Eligibility Requirements
· Eligible Recipients will receive the applicable Cashback/s directly into their Thrive Wallet within the Humanforce Thrive App up to 90-120 days after connecting to the relevant plan/s.
· Before switching utility providers or selecting a solar package, we recommend you compare all policy features and find out if cancellation fees apply.
· This offer is not available for existing customers of the provider or for any renewals, cannot be used in conjunction with any offers, is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
· Humanforce or Econnex Comparison is not liable if any Customer details supplied are incorrect.
· Econnex Comparison is providing this offer in conjunction with the Electricity Plan/Gas Plan/Mobile Plan/Broadband Plan/Solar Installation package retail services offered on their platform.
· You must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over. Econnex Comparison may request you to provide a copy of your valid ID for identification purposes
· The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity to receive the Cashback/s and Customer’s information (including the Customer’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
· Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
· When the request for a switch or connection cannot be completed, is unsuccessful, or a request is made for the cancellation of your Electricity Plan/Gas Plan/Mobile Plan/ Broadband Plan within the first 30 days from the date of activation, you will not be eligible to receive any Cashback. There may be additional fees charged to the Customer by the chosen retailer in these events.
· If you transfer your service, you may have to pay a cancellation fee to your existing service provider, and there may be other consequences if you end your existing contract early
· If the Cashback is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a cashback with equivalent value, subject to directions from a regulatory authority.
· If the offer is not able to be conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to: technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law: a. to disqualify any individual; or b. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Econnex Comparison Terms and Conditions
· Econnex Comparison will transfer your Electricity Plan/Gas Plan/Mobile Plan/Broadband Plan/Solar Installation package request and details to the retailer.
· Econnex Comparison or the retailer may contact you to clarify any details or discrepancies in the information you provided for your Electricity Plan/Gas Plan/Mobile Plan/Broadband Plan/Solar Installation package application.
· Please note that we do not compare all brands in the market, or all products offered by all brands.
