Humanforce Benefits Collection Notice
Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 618 020 401), of Level 10, 90 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia (Humanforce, we), operates the Humanforce Thrive app (App), through which Humanforce Benefits is provided.
We collect personal information from you, your employer and its payroll or workforce systems, and our service providers and partners. Depending on the features made available to you or that you choose to use, this may include contact, employment, payroll, device and usage, transaction, reward and partner-service information.
We use your information to provide Humanforce Benefits and its features, verify identity and eligibility, process transactions and rewards, communicate with you, protect and improve our services and comply with applicable law. We may disclose your information to your employer for employer-sponsored features and payroll instructions; Humanforce Group companies and service providers; and partners where needed to provide features made available to you or that you choose to use. Your employer is responsible for its own handling of your information. We do not sell personal information.
Your information is stored in the country your Employer is located but may be accessed from or disclosed to service providers outside your country. We retain your information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law, including after your employment ends, and may contact you where needed in connection with your use of the App. If required information is not provided, the relevant feature may be unavailable.

HUMANFORCE BENEFITS PRIVACY POLICY
This Humanforce Benefits Privacy Policy (Policy) supplements and should be read together with the Humanforce Privacy Policy, the Humanforce Benefits Collection Notice and the Humanforce Thrive App Terms of Use. This Policy explains how Humanforce collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with Humanforce Benefits and the Humanforce Thrive app (App). If this Policy is inconsistent with the Humanforce Privacy Policy, this Policy applies to Humanforce Benefits and the App to the extent of that inconsistency.
In this Policy, Humanforce, we, us or our means Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 618 020 401), of Level 10, 90 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia, and, where applicable, its related bodies corporate and affiliates.
The App is operated by Humanforce and is used to provide Humanforce Benefits to eligible users. Humanforce Benefits may include features made available by your employer or that you choose to use, such as earned wage access, salary streaming, Grow, rewards, reward points, benefits, offers, and partner services. Some features may be provided by Humanforce Group companies or partners. Credit-related features, such as earned wage access or salary streaming, may involve the collection and use of personal information and credit-related information, as described in the Statement of Notifiable Matters and Credit Reporting Policy.
Not all features are available in all countries or to all users and this may depend on your employer’s arrangement with Humanforce. Where a section of this Policy relates to a feature that is not available to you, it does not apply to you. When we refer to personal information, we also mean personal data or similar terms used under applicable privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
We may collect and hold the following information, in each case only to the extent relevant to the features made available to you or that you choose to use:
· your name, contact details, account details and profile information;
· employment, payroll, salary, wage, payment cycle, hours worked, accrued earnings, eligibility and employer-related information;
· information about your transactions, repayments, contributions, Grow Account, rewards, reward points, benefits, vouchers, offers or redemptions;
· identity, verification, compliance, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering or sanctions screening information, where required;
· bank account, payment or repayment information where needed for a feature you use;
· device, app usage, technical, log, location and security information;
· information relating to reward providers or other partner services that are made available to you or that you choose to use;
· support requests, communications, preferences, surveys, promotions and feedback; and
· any other information you provide to us or that is generated through your use of Humanforce Benefits or the App.
We may collect sensitive information only where necessary, and where you provide it to us, or if permitted or required by applicable law.
2. How we collect information
We may collect personal information as set out below, in each case only to the extent relevant to the features made available to you or that you choose to use:
· directly from you when you register, use the App, update your profile, use a feature, contact us or otherwise provide information to us;
· from your employer and its payroll, workforce management, HR, time and attendance or other systems;
· from Humanforce Group companies;
· from our service providers, including technology, hosting, analytics, communications, payment, verification, identity, compliance, support and security providers;
· from reward providers, and other partners whose services are made available to you or that you choose to use through the App; and
· from public sources or other third parties if permitted by law.
If you provide personal information about another person, you must be authorised to do so and, where required, ensure that the person has been given any required notice or provided any required consent.
3. How we use information
Each purpose applies only to the extent relevant to the features made available to you or that you choose to use. We use personal information for the purpose for which it has been provided, or for reasonably related secondary purposes, including to:
· provide, operate and support Humanforce Benefits and the App or services we provide to you;
· verify your identity, employment status, eligibility and access rights, including by using your employer’s systems, third-party systems and/or matching information against government or official identification sources, where permitted;
· process earned wage access, salary streaming, payment, repayment, contribution, reward, benefit, voucher, offer or other transaction-related activity;
· administer Grow, rewards, reward points, benefits, offers and partner services where those features are made available to you or that you choose to use;
· communicate with you, including service, account, transaction, reward, support, security, legal and operational messages;
· provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;
· protect, secure, test, maintain, analyse, improve and optimise Humanforce Benefits, the App and our services;
· detect, prevent, investigate and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, unlawful activity or breaches of terms;
· comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, employment, credit, financial services, anti-money laundering, sanctions, law enforcement or dispute resolution obligations;
· administer surveys, contests, competitions and other promotional activities or events run or sponsored by us or our business partners;
· send you marketing or promotional communications, including about products or services of our business partners, where permitted by law and in accordance with your choices. You may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us;
· in connection with our funding, ownership or business operational needs; and
· for any other purpose notified to you or permitted by applicable law.
Service-related communications are not marketing material and may be necessary to provide Humanforce Benefits or the App to you.
4. Who we disclose information to
We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this Policy and the Humanforce Privacy Policy, in each case only to the extent relevant to the features made available to you or that you choose to use, to:
· your employer, where needed for employer-sponsored features, eligibility, payroll-related instructions, rewards, benefits, reporting, compliance, security, misuse investigations or operation of Humanforce Benefits;
· Humanforce Group companies and personnel;
· service providers who support the App, Humanforce Benefits, hosting, analytics, communications, payments, verification, compliance, support, security, fraud prevention and business operations;
· reward providers and their service providers, where needed to issue, fulfil, manage or redeem rewards, reward points, gift cards, vouchers, offers or benefits;
· partners, where needed to provide a feature made available to you or that you choose to use;
· credit reporting bodies, payment providers, financial institutions, dispute resolution bodies or debt collection providers, where applicable to a feature you use and permitted by law;
· professional advisers, auditors, insurers, investors, prospective purchasers and parties involved in corporate transactions;
· courts, regulators, law enforcement agencies, government authorities and dispute resolution bodies; and
· other persons authorised by you or where required, authorised or permitted by law.
Your employer is responsible for its own handling of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
5. Employer and partner services
This section applies to you in each case only to the extent relevant to the features made available to you or that you choose to use. Some Humanforce Benefits features are made available through your employer. Your employer may provide information to us and may receive information from us where needed to administer employer-sponsored features, confirm eligibility, process payroll-related instructions, administer rewards or benefits, investigate misuse, comply with law or operate Humanforce Benefits.
Some features may be provided by reward providers, or other partners. If you choose to use a partner service, or if a partner is needed to provide a feature made available to you, we may disclose the information needed to provide that feature. The partner may also collect and handle your information under its own privacy notice and terms.
6. International storage, access and disclosure
Your personal information may be stored in, accessed from or disclosed to recipients outside the country where you live or work. Where required by applicable privacy laws, Humanforce uses appropriate safeguards or transfer mechanisms for international transfers of personal information. 7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and the Humanforce Privacy Policy or as required by law.
If you leave your employer, we may retain your information and contact you where needed in connection with your use of the App, including, in each case only to the extent relevant to the features made available to you or that you choose to use, to administer prior transactions, rewards, repayments, contributions, support requests, legal obligations, disputes, security, fraud prevention or any continuing features available to you.
8. If required information is not provided
Providing personal information is generally voluntary. However, if required information is not provided, we may not be able to provide the relevant feature or full functionality of the App. Choosing not to provide optional information will not affect unrelated features.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, using a range of physical, administrative, technical, contractual and personnel measures. Given the nature of technology, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
10. Credit-related and default information
This section applies only where relevant to a feature made available to you or that you choose to use, only in countries where a credit-related feature is offered and only where permitted by applicable law. Credit-related features are currently only offered in Australia.
If you use an earned wage access, salary streaming, loan, repayment or other credit-related feature, that feature is provided by Humanforce. Where you use those features, Humanforce may collect, use and disclose personal information and credit-related information where permitted by law. This may include information about your requests, repayments, overdue amounts, defaults, hardship, repayment history and related communications.
Default information is information about a payment, including a part payment, that is overdue by at least 60 days, is an amount of $150 or over, and Humanforce is entitled to recover. Where permitted by law and after giving any required notices, including notice of the relevant credit reporting body’s name and contact details, Humanforce may disclose default information to a credit reporting body. This could affect your credit score and impact your ability to access future credit.

11. Your rights and complaints
You may have privacy rights depending on where you live or work, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, request portability, or make a privacy complaint.
